This Policy explains what personal data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to the website https://powbeecrm.kz/ and to PowerBee products, including the PowerBee CRM mobile application.

2. Personal data we process

When you contact us: your name, company, work email address, country or region, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

When you visit this website: technical data that web servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of access. This website does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

When you use PowerBee products: account and profile data provided by you or your organisation, data you enter while working in the product, device information (such as device model, operating system and app version), usage and diagnostic logs and, if you allow it on your device, location data while the mobile application is in active use. You can turn location access off at any time in your device settings.

We collect only the data we need for the purposes described below.

3. Why we process personal data

10. How our contact form works

The contact form does not submit or store your enquiry on this website. It prepares an email in your own email application, and nothing is sent until you send that email.

Our website and products are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
